Precise Gas Mixing and Calibration, Made Easy
Overview
The Dynamic Gas Dilution System is a high-precision solution designed to generate customized gas mixtures. With two gas inputs and one output, it can produce a single gas mixture at any desired concentration ratio. The system enables precise multi-component calibration, offering a wide concentration range from high-level span gases to ultra-low ppm or ppb levels. An internal mixing chamber ensures thorough blending and uniform output, enhancing stability and repeatability. This system is ideal for laboratories, industrial calibration, sensor development, and environmental monitoring applications.
Working principle:
The system dynamically mixes two input gases using high-precision mass flow controllers (MFCs). The gases first enter an internal mixing chamber, where they are blended to produce a uniform mixture before exiting the system. By adjusting the flow of each input gas, the system generates a continuous output at the required concentration. Real-time monitoring and control ensure rapid stabilization and precise mixing.
Key aspects of the principle:
• Independent flow control for each gas input
• Internal mixing chamber ensures uniform blending
• Real-time concentration calculation and output adjustment
• Automated stabilization and feedback to maintain target concentration
