Building upon its proprietary software and hardware platforms and established intellectual property, MZD Analytik has extensive experience in the development of continuous online gas-analysis systems. This work includes the integration of thermal conductivity detectors (TCD), galvanic oxygen sensors, and P2O5 electrolysis sensors into advanced analytical devices for the measurement of hydrogen, oxygen, and moisture.
These technological capabilities encompass detector integration, signal processing, and the reliable measurement of low gas concentrations. MZD's established software architecture, proprietary technology platforms, hardware resources, and engineering expertise form the technical foundation for these high-precision analytical solutions.
MZD has also contributed these technological capabilities and development expertise to collaborative research and development projects, including participation in a ZIM-funded R&D project, where MZD provided software, hardware, and technical development support based on its existing technology platforms and know-how.
